About the PMAA
Our Mission
We train adults and children using custom martial arts programs and curriculums designed to teach discipline, fitness, sportsmanship, and respect on and off the mat. The PMAA works with parents and students to reinforce the values they want to instill in their children, as well as demonstrate in their own lives.
Our History
Founded in 2007, the Pennsylvania Martial Arts Alliance has been training students of all ages in Central PA and beyond in the arts of Hapkido, Tae Kwon Do, self-defense, fitness, and tournament competition for nearly two decades. Our program offerings and martial arts classes are always evolving to meet the growing needs of our students.
Our Instructors
Ms. Kapfhammer and Master Morrissey are experts in their fields and have been training in various styles of martial arts since 1998 and 1994, respectively. They are passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping students reach their full potential. Many instructors and guest instructors hold blackbelts in multiple art forms and continue to pursue training to expand their skill set.
